Client Only Function - This API call can only be called on clients.
This is identical to the GetLocalPlayerProxy function, except it can be called from any blue print and not just one's derived from the KJModPlayerProxy. For example; if in the UI you want to set something on the player proxy (to remember a value they selected in the UI) then the UI could use this to find the local proxy.
