Client/Server Event - This is an event fires on both clients and servers
This event fires on both clients and server when the local player controller is valid and attached to the proxy. This allows the proxy to initialize any functions that require the local controller.
You should call almost all functions that modifying a player's abilities before they spawn (such as SetMovementScope, SetCharacterModel, etc.) here. This will guarantee that the player will be spawned with the correct abilities, failure to do this may result in a player moving (if for example you don't disable movement during the initialised event - or a player's model not being set correctly)
