Server Only Event - This is an event that only fires on the server
This event is called when a player joins the server.
You will normally spawn the player proxy related to your game-mode here to represent the connecting player. This proxy then needs to be Initialised during this call, and optionally you can set things such as the Setting the default tools and gun settings.
Most game-modes will want to store the spawned PlayerProxy so they can quickly look up players when altering or communicating with them.
