Server Only Event - This is an event that only fires on the server
When, by the result of any action, the players health (or armor) changes this event will be triggered (these can be positive or negative changes).
This event is fired on the server-side only; therefore any client updates should be through replicated variables or custom events fired to the 'owning client' player proxy.
Note: When large impact's occur the players health can be < 0.
